Bienvenidos! Pasos al Éxito (PAE) is a two year, microenterprise development program that supports building the economic development capacity of rural Latino community participants in three ways: training in basic personal and business finance, instruction in starting a small microenterprise business, and access to mentorship, support, and resources as they take their first steps toward success. This microenterprise development program is in Spanish and is designed to serve seven rural communities simultaneously over a two-year period. The four major activities of the program include
